Rachel’s MyOrganics Muesli Bread

Rachel is a busy mum of three from Adelaide, who loves to cook for her family and is passionate about making quick and healthy meals to suit their busy lifestyle.  This Toasted Muesli Bread is one of Rachel’s favourites.  It is an easy recipe and a great way to add flavour and colour to your everyday loaf of bread. Rachel and her family love to enjoy this for breakfast, in the lunchbox, or at 3pm pickup.


Ingredients

2 cups wholemeal flour 

1 sachet dried yeast 

1 1/2 cups lukewarm water 

1 cup MyOrganics Toasted Muesli

1/4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180c
  2. Place all dry ingredients (except yeast) into a bowl, add blueberries
  3. In a separate bowl mix the water and yeast
  4. Then add yeast mixture with dry ingredients and knead  for approximately 3 minutes
  5. Set aside and cover for 30 mins until it has risen
  6. Knead  slightly again, and shape into a loaf
  7. Place on lined baking tray and cook in preheated oven for 20 mins
