Ingredients
1 multigrain bagel
1 apple, core removed and diced
½ tbsp coconut oil
Pinch vanilla
Pinch cinnamon
Drizzle honey
1-2 tbsp labneh
1 tbsp MyOrganics flaked almonds
2 tsp almond butter, optional
Method
To make the cinnamon apples, combine diced apple, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl, heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat, sauté apples until lightly golden, add honey and cook until soft, remove from heat and set aside to slightly cool.
Cut bagel in half, spread each half with labneh, a thin layer of almond butter, apples and almonds.
