- MyOrganics™ Make a Difference Auction opens 7th November 2018.
- This auction will take place on the MyOrganics™ Facebook page.
- All money raised will be donated to the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
- Each item will be open for auction from the time the item posted on Facebook until 11.59PM AEST the same day. (Please note this is Queensland time, NOT daylight savings time).
- Interested parties may bid by commenting with a dollar amount on the auction item posted.
- The winning bidder will be the last to comment with the highest bid within the permitted timeframe. Winners will be confirmed on the same post. The winning confirmation is final.
- Winners must make contact with MyOrganics™ via Facebook to claim their item, as instructed in the winning confirmation post. The winner has 48 hrs to make contact otherwise the item may be offered to the next bidder. The winner has an additional 48 hrs from the time of making contact to pay for the item.
- All winners must complete a Children’s Hospital Foundation banking form to complete payment. This will be provided upon making contact to claim the item.
- Once the donation has been received, the item will be shipped.
- Some items will incur additional shipping costs to residents outside South East Queensland which must be covered by the winning bidder.
- Items with locality or shipping restrictions will be noted in individual auction posts.
- The auction is open to Australian residents only.

How do I make a bid?
The auction takes place on the MyOrganics Facebook page. You can place a bid by commenting with a dollar amount on the individual auction post.
How do I make a donation?
If you are the winning bidder, you can donate your nominated amount at:

How do I know if I have been outbid?
You will be able to follow the conversation on the individual auction posts on Facebook and see everyone’s bid.
What do I do if I want to retract a bid?
To retract a bid during the bidding period, simply delete your comment.
When does the auction close?
Bidding closes on each auction item at 11.59PM AEST the same day the item is posted.
How do I know if I won an item?
You will be the highest bidder on the post. The winner will be confirmed on the same post by MyOrganics. The bidder will then need to contact MyOrganics within 48 hrs to claim their item and a further 48 hours to make their donation.
